PER CURIAM:
Timothy Oneal Bullock appeals the district court’s orders denying relief on his 42
U.S.C. § 1983 complaint and denying reconsideration. We have reviewed the record and
find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court’s orders. Bullock v.
Weiss, No. 3:24-cv-00636-MHL-MRC (E.D. Va., Mar. 19 & June 3, 2025). We dispense
with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the
materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
