IT IS ORDERED that the motion to correct this court’s March 7, 2023, order is
GRANTED. The first sentence of the second paragraph is replaced with the following
language:
Patel’s litigation against Notre Dame began after he took leave from the law school in
November 2017.
IT IS ORDERED that the motion for immediate issuance of the mandate is DENIED.
