PER CURIAM.
Nacy Phillips appeals the district court’s1 adverse grant of summary judgment
in her employment discrimination action. After careful review of the record and the

parties’ arguments on appeal, we find no basis for reversal. See Paskert v.
Kemna-ASA Auto Plaza, Inc., 950 F.3d 535, 538 (8th Cir.) (explaining the standard
of review), cert. denied, 141 S. Ct. 894 (2020). Accordingly, we affirm. See 8th Cir.
R. 47B.
