AMENDATORY ORDER
BY THE COMMISSION:
On March 15 , 2023, we issued Final Order No. PSC-2023-0103-FOF-GU, granting
certain increases to Florida Public Utility Company 's (FPUC). However, due to a scrivener' s
error the figures contained in Table 5 on page 32, entitled "E nvironmental Cost Recovery
Surcharge," were incorrect. Therefore, Order No. PSC-2023-0103-FOF-GU is amended to reflect
the correct figures set forth in the following table:
