objection to the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation, hereby approves the Magistrate
Judge’s Report and Recommendation and adopts it as its opinion herein. Therefore,
IT IS ORDERED that Robert Earl King, III’s complaint is DISMISSED WITHOUT
PREJUDICE for failure to prosecute.
