Recommendation, and having determined that the Report and Recommendation is
not clearly erroneous or contrary to the law, hereby approves the Magistrate Judge’s
Report and Recommendation and adopts it as its opinion herein.
Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Complaint is DISMISSED
WITHOUT PREJUDICE for failure to prosecute.
