IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that, in accordance with
the Joint Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice (ECF No. 31) filed February 9, 2026, all claims
by Plaintiff against Defendants are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
