opinion and judgment in this case; REVERSE the trial court’s order granting Vicente Oropeza
Dominguez’s request for habeas relief; RENDER judgment denying Dominguez’s habeas
application; and REINSTATE the information charging Dominguez with the misdemeanor offense
of criminal trespass.
