opinion and judgment in this case; REVERSE the trial court’s order granting Saul Cirino Gregeda’s
request for habeas relief; RENDER judgment denying Gregeda’s habeas application; and
REINSTATE the information charging Gregeda with the misdemeanor offense of criminal
trespass.
