opinion and judgment in this case; REVERSE the trial court’s order granting Lidio Guzman
Lopez’s request for habeas relief; RENDER judgment denying Guzman Lopez’s habeas
application; and REINSTATE the information charging Guzman Lopez with the misdemeanor
offense of criminal trespass.
