opinion and judgment in this case; REVERSE the trial court’s order granting Fernando Roquiel-
Topof’s request for habeas relief; RENDER judgment denying Roquiel-Topof’s habeas relief; and
REINSTATE the information charging Roquiel-Topof with the misdemeanor offense of criminal
trespass.
