Art. 1

  1. Der Beitritt des Kantons Bern zum Konkordat über die polizeiliche Zusammenarbeit in der Nordwestschweiz wird genehmigt.

Art. 2

  1. Die Polizei- und Militärdirektion wird zur Unterzeichnung des Konkordates ermächtigt.

Art. 3

  1. Dieser Beschluss tritt am 1. April 1999 in Kraft und ist in die Gesetzessammlung aufzunehmen.
