Art. 1

  1. Die Verordnung in betreff des Klosters zu Münster vom 5. Juli 1828 und in betreff des Klosters zu Poschiavo vom 6. Juli 1853 sowie die revidierte Verordnung in betreff des Klosters Disentis vom 5. Juli 1880 werden aufgehoben.

Art. 2

  1. Im Sinne von Artikel 11 Absatz 4 Kantonsverfassung wird die Aufsicht über die Klosterverwaltungen dem Corpus Catholicum übertragen.
