§ 1

Der Minister für Jugend und Sport errichtet aus Mitteln des ehemaligen zentralen "Kontos Junger Sozialisten" in Höhe von 20 Millionen DM die

"Stiftung Demokratische Jugend".

§ 2

Die Stiftung erhält die im Anhang befindliche Satzung.

§ 3

Diese Anordnung tritt mit ihrer Veröffentlichung in Kraft.
