§ 1

Die Zucker-Mindestlagerabgaben-Verordnung vom 7. Juli 1977 (BGBl. I S. 1320), geändert durch Artikel 1 der Verordnung vom 22. Dezember 1992 (BGBl. I S. 2434), wird aufgehoben.

§ 2

Auf Sachverhalte, die vor dem 31. Juli 2002 entstanden sind, ist die in § 1 genannte Verordnung weiter anzuwenden.
