20 Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board

Ala. Admin. Code r. 20-X-29-.01 Forfeiture, Condemnation and Destruction

Tobacco, tobacco products, e-liquids, electronic nicotine delivery systems and alternative nicotine products seized due to a violation of state law shall be condemned for destruction pursuant to procedures set out in Article 11 of Chapter 4 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, regarding alcoholic beverages. Said products shall be destroyed in an environmentally safe manner, the cost of which shall be borne by the person from whom the item or items were seized.
