notes do not otherwise require, according to the remaining GRI's
taken in order. The hats at issue fit under the terms of heading

Sample number 1 is a knit hat and samples number 2 and 3 are hats
          of other textile fabric.

          HOLDING:

Sample number 1 is a polyester knit hat and therefore,

chief weight of ramie. If the hat is in chief weight of ramie
then sample number 2 is classifiable under subheading

          percent ad valorem.

Sample number 3 is a woven hat that is claimed to be in
chief weight of rayon. If the hat is in chief weight of rayon

Due to the changeable nature of the statistical annotation
(the ninth and tenth digits of the classification) and the
restraint (quota/visa) categories, you should contact your local
Customs office prior to importation of this merchandise to
determine the current status of any import restraints or
          requirements.

                                  Sincerely,
