Hi PNO folks. I th ink I know the answ er to this, but w ant to confirm. We filed an HSR a w hile back on a transaction that
(at the t ime) appeared valued at $202 million or greater but l ess than $1 ,009.8 million. In the i ntervening weeks, the
value (in cl uding equity rollov er ) has gone dow n, so the deal w hen it closes wi ll be valued in excess of $101 mi llion but
less than $202 million .
I don't be lieve we need to do anything, as the HSR w as accurate at the time we filed. But I just wanted to confirm I' m
not miss ing anything ..
