Sec. 0.01. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Dickson Mounds State Memorial Act.

Sec. 1.

Jurisdiction of the Dickson Mounds State Memorial, together with all records and personal property used in connection therewith, is transferred to the Department of Natural Resources, to be operated by that Department as part of the Illinois State Museum.
