ROADS, HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES

                           A FURTHER SUPPLEMENT

     To an act, entitled "An Act relating to roads, highways and
        bridges."

        Section 1.  Width of roads heretofore opened, confirmed
        All roads, the width of which have been heretofore fixed
     under a standing rule of the court, and opened accordingly, or
     ordered to be opened, are hereby confirmed and made as valid and
     legal as if the width had been specially fixed by the court at
     the time of confirmation: Provided, That nothing herein
     contained shall be so construed as to affect the cases already
     adjudicated.  1848, April 8, P.L. 414, Sec. 1.
