                  Act of May 7, 1857, P.L. 425, No. 481               Cl. 11
                           A FURTHER SUPPLEMENT

     To an act to incorporate the city of Philadelphia, approved the
        twentieth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and
        fifty-four.

        Section 2.  Process for breach of ordinance in Philadelphia
        For all breaches of the ordinances of the City of
     Philadelphia, on and after the first day of July next, the
     original process shall be as now prescribed in cases of security
     of the peace: Provided, That the remedy by suit of certiorari
     shall be as heretofore.  1857, 7, P.L. 425, Sec. 2.
