DISTRICT ATTORNEY, QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE
                  Act of Apr. 26, 1883, P.L. 15, No. 15               Cl. 16
                                  AN ACT

     Relative to the eligibility of candidates, for the office of
        district attorney.

        Section 1.  Qualifications
        No person shall be eligible to the office of district
     attorney of any county within this Commonwealth unless he shall
     have been qualified for admission to practice, as an attorney in
     the Supreme or Superior Court of this Commonwealth at the time
     of filing his nomination petition for such office.  1883, April
