EXPENDITURE OF BICYCLE LICENSE TAX ON ROADS
                  Act of Jun. 1, 1915, P.L. 708, No. 325              Cl. 73
                                  AN ACT

     Authorizing county commissioners to expend, in constructing,
        maintaining, and repairing public roads, certain funds
        collected from bicycle license tax.

        Section 1.  Be it enacted, &c., That the commissioners of any
     county, having funds derived from bicycle license tax, may
     expend such funds upon the construction, maintenance, or repair
     of any township road in the county.
