WARRANTS ON STATE TREASURER REGULATED
                  Act of May 6, 1927, P.L. 832, No. 420               Cl. 72
                                  AN ACT

     Regulating the drawing of warrants on the State Treasurer.

        Section 1.  Be it enacted, &c., That hereafter warrants on
     the State Treasurer for the payment of moneys from the treasury
     of the Commonwealth shall be drawn only by the Auditor General,
     and only after requisition by the proper department, board or
     commission.
