AN ACT
Permitting municipalities to expend funds to finance projects for the Bicentennial Celebration.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. All municipalities in this Commonwealth are hereby authorized to expend sums of money from their total general funds for the purpose of financing projects to further the Bicentennial Celebration.
Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
