VETERANS MEMORIAL EXPRESSWAY
                   Act of Apr. 6, 1980, P.L. 97, No. 35               Cl. 87
                                  AN ACT

     Designating a highway between Kingston and Luzerne as the
        "Veterans Memorial Expressway."

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  The State Highway Route 1052 between Kingston and
     Luzerne in Luzerne County shall be officially designated and
     known as the "Veterans Memorial Expressway."
        Section 2.  The Secretary of Transportation shall erect
     suitable markers in order to carry out the provisions of this
     act.
        Section 3.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
