PURPLE HEART HIGHWAY - DESIGNATION
                 Act of Dec. 19, 1988, P.L. 1289, No. 162             Cl. 87
                                  AN ACT

     Designating State Routes 5 and Alternate 5 in Erie County as the
        Purple Heart Highway.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  State Routes 5 and Alternate 5 in Erie County are
     designated and shall be known as the Purple Heart Highway.
        Section 2.  The Department of Transportation shall erect and
     maintain appropriate signs designating State Routes 5 and
     Alternate 5 as the Purple Heart Highway.
        Section 3.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
