LINE FENCES - REPEAL OF LAW
                  Act of Jun. 25, 1992, P.L. 317, No. 61              Cl. 68
                                  AN ACT

     Repealing the act of March 11, 1842 (P.L.62, No.36), entitled
        "An act for regulating and maintaining Line Fences, and for
        other purposes."

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  The act of March 11, 1842 (P.L.62, No.36),
     entitled "An act for regulating and maintaining Line Fences, and
     for other purposes," is repealed.
        Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
