AN ACT

Designating the interchange at Interstate 79 and Interstate 80 in Mercer County as the Orville DeWayne "O.D." Anderson Interchange.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. The interchange at Interstate 79 and Interstate 80 in Mercer County is hereby designated and shall be known as the Orville DeWayne "O.D." Anderson Interchange.

Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect appropriate signs to indicate the designation under section 1.

Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
