REGULATION AND GOVERNMENT OF NORTHAMPTION COUNTY PRISON - REPEAL

                                  AN ACT

     Repealing the act of May 10, 1871 (P.L.706, No.650), entitled
        "An act for the regulation and government of the Northampton
        county prison."

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  The act of May 10, 1871 (P.L.706, No.650),
     entitled "An act for the regulation and government of the
     Northampton county prison," is repealed.
        Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.

     APPROVED--The 4th day of December, A. D. 1996.
