AN ACT

Designating a covered bridge on which SR 3021 crosses over Tom's Creek in Adams County as the G. Donald McLaughlin Memorial Covered Bridge.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. The covered bridge at the eastern base of Jack's Mountain carrying SR 3021 over Tom's Creek in Adams County is designated and shall be known as the G. Donald McLaughlin Memorial Covered Bridge.

Section 2. The Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs to indicate the designation under section 1.

Section 3. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
