STEVEN M. KROCHTA MEMORIAL BRIDGE - REDESIGNATION
                 Act of Nov. 20, 2004, P.L. 877, No. 118              Cl. 87
                                  AN ACT

     Redesignating the bridge on State Route 3021 which passes over
        Wolf Run in Cranberry Township, Butler County, as the Steven
        M. Krochta Memorial Bridge.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

     Section 1.  Steven M. Krochta Memorial Bridge.
        (a)  Redesignation.--The bridge on State Route 3021 which
     passes over Wolf Run in Cranberry Township, Butler County, is
     hereby redesignated as the Steven M. Krochta Memorial Bridge.
        (b)  Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
     maintain appropriate signs displaying the name of the bridge
     redesignated in subsection (a) to traffic in both directions on
     the bridge.
     Section 2.  Effective date.
        This act shall take effect in 60 days.
