The Federal Supreme Court held that the complainant had failed to pay the ordered CHF 1,000 advance even within the extended deadline and had not applied for legal aid. As a result, the court did not enter into the complaint under Art. 62(3) and Art. 108(1)(a) BGG. The court further decided not to charge costs for the federal proceedings.

Beschwerde gegen den Entscheid vom 7. Dezember 2012 der Beschwerdekammer in Strafsachen des Obergerichts des Kantons Aargau.
In Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin den ihr auferlegten Kostenvorschuss von Fr. 1'000.-- auch innerhalb der ihr angesetzten Nachfrist bis 26. Februar 2013 nicht geleistet hat;
dass ihr gemäss Schreiben vom 20. Februar 2013 mitgeteilt worden ist, dass der Kostenvorschuss nach Massgabe der (ihr nach ihren eigenen Ausführungen offensichtlich bekannten) gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und praxisgemäss festgesetzt worden ist;
dass sie dabei insbesondere auch auf die Möglichkeit eines Gesuchs um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege (Art. 64 BGG) aufmerksam gemacht worden ist;
dass sie indes nicht nur den Kostenvorschuss nicht geleistet, sondern auch kein Gesuch um unentgeltliche Rechtspflege gestellt hat;
dass somit gestützt auf Art. 62 Abs. 3 BGG im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. a BGG auf die Beschwerde nicht einzutreten ist;
dass davon abgesehen werden kann, für das vorliegende Verfahren Kosten zu erheben (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);

wird erkannt:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien sowie der Oberstaatsanwaltschaft und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Beschwerdekammer in Strafsachen, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
