The complainant challenged the St. Gallen accusation chamber’s refusal to authorize criminal proceedings against employees of the cantonal finance department. The Federal Supreme Court held that the appeal failed to meet the minimal reasoning requirements because it did not address the cantonal decision or explain any violation of law or constitutional rights. The court therefore did not enter into the appeal in simplified proceedings and waived court costs.
Art. 42 Abs. 2, Art. 106 Abs. 2 and Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG; requirements of substantiation of an appeal to the Federal Supreme Court. An appeal must, in concise form, set out how the challenged decision infringes federal law; where constitutional rights are invoked, the stricter pleading requirements of Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG apply. A mere disagreement with the result, without engagement with the reasons of the cantonal decision, is insufficient. If the pleading requirements are manifestly unmet, the Court may decline to enter under the simplified procedure. Costs may be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

Beschwerde gegen den Entscheid vom 12. März 2014 der Anklagekammer des Kantons St. Gallen.
In Erwägung,
dass die Anklagekammer des Kantons St. Gallen mit Entscheid vom 12. März 2014 die Ermächtigung zur Durchführung eines Strafverfahrens gegen Mitarbeitende des Finanzdepartements des Kantons St. Gallen nicht erteilt hat;
dass der Anzeiger gegen den Entscheid der Anklagekammer mit Eingabe vom 10. April 2014 Beschwerde ans Bundesgericht führt;
dass nach Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG in der Begründung einer Beschwerde in gedrängter Form darzulegen ist, inwiefern der angefochtene Entscheid Recht verletzt;
dass der Beschwerdeführer sich mit dem angefochtenen Entscheid nicht auseinandersetzt und nicht darlegt, inwiefern die dem angefochtenen Entscheid der Anklagekammer zugrunde liegende Begründung bzw. der Entscheid selber im Ergebnis rechts- bzw. verfassungswidrig sein soll;
dass die Beschwerde den gesetzlichen Formerfordernissen (Art. 42 Abs. 2 und Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG; vgl. in diesem Zusammenhang BGE 136 I 65 E. 1.3.1 S. 68 mit Hinweisen) offensichtlich nicht genügt, weshalb auf sie im vereinfachten Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG nicht einzutreten ist;
dass auf eine Kostenauflage verzichtet werden kann (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
Dieses Urteil wird dem Beschwerdeführer, dem Finanzdepartement und der Staatsanwaltschaft des Kantons St. Gallen, Untersuchungsamt St. Gallen, sowie der Anklagekammer des Kantons St. Gallen schriftlich mitgeteilt.
