In Erwägung,
dass die X.________ AG ihre am 3. Juni 2013 in Bezug auf das am 26. April 2013 betreffend Wiederherstellung des rechtmässigen Zustands ergangene Urteil der Verwaltungsrechtlichen Abteilung des Verwaltungsgerichts des Kantons Bern erhobene Beschwerde mit Eingabe vom 11. Februar 2014 zurückgezogen hat;
dass die bundesgerichtlichen Kosten dem Ausgang des Verfahrens entsprechend der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
dass der in ihrem amtlichen Wirkungskreis tätigen Gemeinde, auch wenn sie sich durch einen Anwalt hat vertreten lassen, keine Parteientschädigung zusteht (Art. 68 Abs. 4 BGG; s. dazu BGE 134 II 117);
Die Beschwerde im Verfahren 1C_566/2013 wird als durch Rückzug erledigt abgeschrieben.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
Diese Verfügung wird der Beschwerdeführerin, der Einwohnergemeinde Port, der Bau-, Verkehrs- und Energiedirektion des Kantons Bern sowie dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Bern schriftlich mitgeteilt.
