dass er damit der Sache nach seine staatsrechtliche Beschwerde vom 30. Dezember 2003 zurückgezogen hat,
dass das Beschwerdeverfahren somit als durch Beschwerderückzug erledigt abzuschreiben ist,
dass keine Kosten zu erheben sind,
verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird als durch Rückzug der Beschwerde erledigt abgeschrieben.
2.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
3.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien, dem Amtsgericht Luzern-Stadt, II. Abteilung, sowie der Staatsanwaltschaft und dem Obergericht des Kantons Luzern, II. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
