The Federal Supreme Court dealt with an appeal against cantonal non-entry judgments in tax assessment matters for several liquidated companies. It held that the filing did not satisfy the reasoning requirements and was not substantively directed against the cantonal non-entry decisions. Because the litigation conduct was abusive, the court did not send the filing back for correction. The appeal was therefore not entered into. The court waived court costs and denied party compensation.
Art. 42 Abs. 2 and 7 BGG; Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b and c BGG; non-entry for insufficiently reasoned and abusive appeal submissions. An appeal to the Federal Supreme Court must, in a case-related manner, address the reasoning of the challenged decision and demonstrate, with reference to the contested findings, in what respect federal law is said to have been violated. Purely unintelligible, irrelevant or insulting submissions do not satisfy the minimum reasoning requirement. Where the proceedings as a whole are conducted abusively, the court may dispense with inviting the appellant to cure the defect and may decide by summary non-entry procedure (consid. 2).

Das Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Schwyz trat am 17. September 2013 auf Beschwerden im Zusammenhang mit den Veranlagungen 2005, 2006 und 2007 bzw. 2006 und 2007 verschiedener Gesellschaften (Einkommens- und Vermögenssteuer) nicht ein (Nichtleisten des Kostenvorschusses). Die A.________ AG in Liquidation ist hiergegen am 19. November 2013 für sich selber sowie die X.________ AG in Liquidation, die B.________ AG in Liquidation, die C.________ AG in Liquidation, die D.________ AG in Liquidation, die E.________ AG und F.________ AG an das Bundesgericht gelangt.
Auf die Eingabe ist durch den Präsidenten als Einzelrichter im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG nicht einzutreten. Der X.________ bzw. der A.________ AG (in Liquidation) ist bereits wiederholt dargelegt worden, welchen Anforderungen eine Eingabe an das Bundesgericht zu genügen hat (statt vieler Urteil 2C_798/2013 vom 12. September 2013 E. 2). Sie legen wiederum - soweit sie sich überhaupt mit dem einzig Verfahrensgegenstand bildenden Nichteintretensentscheid auseinandersetzen - nicht sachbezogen dar, inwiefern dieser Bundes (verfassungs) recht verletzen würde (Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG). Ihre Eingabe beschränkt sich auf unverständliche Ausführungen zu Sachverhalten, die keinen Bezug zum Verfahrensgegenstand haben, und Beschimpfungen. Es wird in keiner Weise sachbezogen dargelegt, inwiefern die angefochtenen Entscheide Bundes (verfassungs) recht verletzen würden. Da die Verfahrensführung sich als Ganzes als rechtsmissbräuchlich erweist (Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. c BGG), erübrigt es sich, die Eingabe zur Verbesserung an die Beschwerdeführerinnen zurückzuschicken (Art. 42 Abs. 7 BGG).
Es rechtfertigt sich, keine Kosten zu erheben (Art. 66 Abs. 1 Satz 2 BGG). Parteientschädigungen sind nicht geschuldet (Art. 68 Abs. 3 BGG).
Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
Es werden keine Kosten erhoben.
Dieses Urteil wird den Verfahrensbeteiligten und dem Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Schwyz, Kammer II, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
