In a tenancy dispute, the appellants withdrew their federal appeal after reaching a costs agreement with the respondent. The Federal Supreme Court took note of the withdrawal, struck the case from the docket, set reduced court costs at CHF 300 against the appellants, and denied any party compensation to the respondent in accordance with the parties' agreement.

le recours interjeté le 28 février 2013 par les recourants contre l'arrêt du Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud, Cour d'appel civile, du 7 janvier 2013 dans la cause précitée;
la lettre du 14 mars 2013 par laquelle les recourants déclarent retirer le recours en indiquant que selon l'accord entre les recourants et X.________ SA chaque partie garde ses frais et renonce à l'allocation de dépens;
considérant:
qu'il y a lieu de prendre acte du retrait du recours et de rayer la cause du rôle (art. 32 al. 2 LTF);
que les recourants supportent les frais judiciaires réduits (art. 66 al. 2 LTF);
par ces motifs, la Présidente ordonne:

La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
2.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge des recourants.
3.
Il n'est pas alloué de dépens à l'intimée.
4.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et au Tribunal cantonal du canton de Vaud, Cour d'appel civile.

Whether the withdrawn appeal should be taken off the docket
The Court took note of the withdrawal and struck the case from the docket.
Once the appellants withdrew the appeal, the Court could record the withdrawal and remove the matter from the roll under Art. 32(2) LTF.
How to allocate court costs after withdrawal
Reduced court costs of CHF 300 were imposed on the appellants.
Because the appeal was withdrawn, the appellants had to bear the reduced judicial costs under Art. 66(2) LTF.
