The Federal Supreme Court dealt with an appeal by X.________ GmbH against a Graubünden cantonal judgment concerning a right of retention and a lease. The filing, submitted after the cantonal decision, did not contain a legally sufficient statement of reasons and merely referred inadequately to the lower court judgment. The Court held that the requirements of Art. 42(2) and Art. 106(2) BGG were not met and therefore did not enter into the appeal under Art. 108(1)(b) BGG. In view of the circumstances, it waived court costs.
Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG, Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG, Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG; requirements for the admissibility of a Federal Supreme Court appeal. The appeal must, by reference to the reasoning of the challenged decision, set out in a substantiated manner which rights have allegedly been violated. Alleged violations of fundamental rights and cantonal constitutional rights are examined only if expressly invoked and specifically reasoned; a merely implicit or unsubstantiated criticism is insufficient. Where these requirements are manifestly not met, the Court does not enter into the matter under Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG. Costs may exceptionally be waived under Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG.

In Erwägung,
dass die Beschwerdeführerin dem Bundesgericht eine vom 28. Januar 2008 datierte, aber erst am 29. Februar 2008 der Post übergebene Eingabe einreichte und ihr das Urteil des Kantonsgerichts von Graubünden vom 15. Oktober 2007 beilegte;
dass aus dieser Eingabe, soweit sie verständlich ist, abgeleitet werden kann, dass die Beschwerdeführerin gegen das erwähnte Urteil des Kantonsgerichts Beschwerde führen will;
dass in den Rechtsmitteln an das Bundesgericht unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheides dargelegt werden muss, welche Rechte der beschwerdeführenden Partei durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG), wobei eine allfällige Verletzung der bundesrechtlichen Grundrechte oder kantonaler verfassungsmässiger Rechte vom Bundesgericht nicht von Amtes wegen geprüft wird, sondern nur dann, wenn entsprechende Rügen in der Beschwerdeschrift ausdrücklich erhoben und begründet werden (Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG);
dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin vom 28. Januar 2008 diesen Anforderungen offensichtlich nicht genügt, weshalb auf die Beschwerde mangels hinreichender Begründung nicht einzutreten ist (Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG);
dass unter den gegebenen Umständen auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten zu verzichten ist (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
erkennt der Präsident:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht von Graubünden, Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
