The appellant withdrew her federal appeal in a dispute over sick-pay benefits. The Swiss Federal Supreme Court therefore discontinued the proceedings and ordered the appellant to pay court costs of CHF 500. The order was issued by the president of the First Civil Law Division under the summary procedure of Art. 32(2) BGG.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG, Art. 66 Abs. 3 BGG; withdrawal of the appeal leads to discontinuance of the federal proceedings. Where the appeal is withdrawn, the court strikes the case from the roll without examining the merits. As a rule, the withdrawing appellant bears the court costs, absent special circumstances justifying another allocation (consid. 1).

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Solothurn, Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
