The appellants withdrew their appeal against a Geneva tenancy appellate judgment. The Federal Supreme Court, acting under Art. 32 para. 2 LTF, annulled the prior presidential order inviting a response, removed the case from the docket, and charged the appellants with judicial costs of CHF 300.
Art. 32 al. 2 LTF; withdrawal of the appeal and discontinuance of the proceedings: upon written withdrawal of the appeal, the President may take note thereof and order the matter struck from the roll. The withdrawal renders the appeal proceedings moot and terminates them without adjudication on the merits; the court may simultaneously regulate costs against the withdrawing appellants (consid. 1-2).

Vu l'ordonnance présidentielle du 15 juin 2009 invitant l'intimée à déposer une réponse éventuelle au recours jusqu'au 14 juillet 2009.
Vu la lettre du 9 juillet 2009 par laquelle les recourants déclarent retirer le recours.
Vu l'art. 32 al. 2 LTF.
ordonne:

L'ordonnance présidentielle du 15 juin 2009 est annulée.
2.
La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
3.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge des recourants.
4.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Chambre d'appel en matière de baux et loyers du canton de Genève.
