The appellant withdrew her complaint against the Commercial Court’s interim order on a register freeze. The Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the proceedings off the list. In view of the withdrawal, the court ordered the appellant to pay court costs of CHF 300 under Art. 66(3) BGG. The decision was issued by the president under the simplified procedure of Art. 32(2) BGG.
Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG, Art. 66 Abs. 3 BGG; withdrawal of the complaint renders the federal appeal proceedings moot and leads to discontinuance. The withdrawing appellant generally bears the court costs, absent special reasons justifying a different allocation. The court may decide in simplified procedure without a full panel when the procedural situation is clear.

verfügt die Präsidentin im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 300.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Handelsgericht des Kantons Aargau, 1. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
