The appellant withdrew his appeal against the Aargau High Court's decision in a dispute concerning conciliation proceedings. The Swiss Federal Supreme Court therefore struck the case off the docket as withdrawn. It ordered the appellant to pay court costs of CHF 500 under Art. 66 BGG. The order was issued by a single judge of the First Civil Law Division.

When an appeal is withdrawn, the Federal Supreme Court strikes the proceedings off the docket as concluded by withdrawal. The withdrawing appellant generally bears the court costs. dass der Beschwerdeführer kostenpflichtig ist (Art. 66 BGG);
Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.
Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Aargau, Zivilgericht, 4. Kammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
