X. and Y. appealed a Geneva Civil Chamber judgment concerning an action to annul a shareholders' meeting resolution. Before the Federal Supreme Court could rule on the suspension request and the merits, the appellants withdrew the appeal by letter of 12 August 2010. The court annulled its prior procedural order of 30 June 2010, struck the case from the docket, and charged CHF 300 in judicial costs to the appellants.
Art. 32 al. 2 BGG; withdrawal of the appeal; striking the case from the docket and costs. Where the appellant withdraws the appeal, the Federal Supreme Court terminates the proceedings by removing the case from the roll and may annul interim procedural orders made in view of the pending appeal. Judicial costs are allocated to the withdrawing appellants in accordance with the applicable cost rules.

Vu le recours interjeté par X.________ et Y.________ le 28 juin 2010 contre l'arrêt rendu le 21 mai 2010 par la Chambre civile de la Cour de justice du canton de Genève dans la cause précitée.
Vu l'ordonnance présidentielle du 30 juin 2010 invitant les intimées à se déterminer sur la requête d'effet suspensif jusqu'au 16 août 2010 et à déposer une réponse éventuelle au recours jusqu'au 1er septembre 2010.
Vu la lettre du 12 août 2010 par laquelle les recourants déclarent retirer le recours.
Vu l'art. 32 al. 2 LTF.
ordonne:
1.
L'ordonnance présidentielle du 30 juin 2010 est annulée.
2.
La cause est rayée du rôle par suite de retrait du recours.
3.
Les frais judiciaires, arrêtés à 300 fr., sont mis à la charge des recourants.
4.
La présente ordonnance est communiquée aux parties et à la Cour de justice du canton de Genève, Chambre civile.
