Twelve appellants challenged a CAS award before the Swiss Federal Tribunal in an international arbitration matter concerning jurisdiction. Before the Court ruled on the merits, their counsel informed the Court that the appeal was withdrawn. The President therefore ordered the case struck from the docket pursuant to Art. 32(2) LTF and charged the appellants with judicial costs of CHF 300. The order was communicated to the parties and to the CAS.
