In a civil appeal concerning a sale contract dispute, the appellant withdrew the appeal before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court. dass der Beschwerdeführer kostenpflichtig ist (Art. 66 Abs. 3 BGG);
im Verfahren nach Art. 32 Abs. 2 BGG verfügt:

Das Verfahren wird infolge Rückzugs der Beschwerde abgeschrieben.

Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden dem Beschwerdeführer auferlegt.

Diese Verfügung wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht des Kantons Schwyz, Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
