Der Präsident hat in Erwägung,
dass das Kantonsgericht Zug die vom Beschwerdegegner gegen die Beschwerdeführerin erhobene negative Feststellungsklage mit Urteil vom 30. November 2006 guthiess, die gerichtlichen Kosten von Fr. 1'885.-- der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegte und diese verpflichtete, den Beschwerdegegner für die prozessualen Umtriebe mit Fr. 7'848.55 zu entschädigen;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin dieses Urteil hinsichtlich der Parteientschädigung mit Beschwerde anfocht, die von der Justizkommission des Obergerichts des Kantons Zug mit Urteil vom 9. März 2007 abgewiesen wurde;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin mit beim Bundesgericht eingereichter Beschwerdeschrift vom 16. April 2007 erklärte, sie erhebe gegen das Urteil der Justizkommission vom 9. März 2007 Beschwerde in Zivilsachen im Sinne der Art. 72 ff. BGG, eventuell subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde im Sinne der Art. 113 ff. BGG;
dass keine Vernehmlassungen eingeholt worden sind;
dass die Beschwerde in Zivilsachen (Art. 72 ff. BGG) im vorliegenden Fall unzulässig ist, weil einerseits der gemäss Art. 74 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG notwendige Mindeststreitwert von Fr. 30'000.-- nicht erreicht wird und sich andererseits keine Rechtsfrage von grundsätzlicher Bedeutung im Sinne von Art. 74 Abs. 2 lit. a BGG stellt;
dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin unter diesen Umständen als subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde im Sinne der Art. 113 ff. BGG zu behandeln ist;
dass in einer solchen Beschwerde dargelegt werden muss, welche Grundrechte durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind, und solche Rügen unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheids zu begründen sind (Art. 42 Abs. 2 und Art. 106 Abs. 2 in Verbindung mit Art. 117 BGG);
dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin vom 16. April 2007, in der keine verfassungsmässigen Grundrechte als verletzt bezeichnet werden, diesen Begründungsanforderungen nicht genügt, weshalb darauf in Anwendung von Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG nicht einzutreten ist;
dass die Gerichtsgebühr dem Ausgang des Verfahrens entsprechend der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen ist (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
dass der Beschwerdegegner keinen Anspruch auf eine Parteientschädigung hat, weil ihm aus dem bundesgerichtlichen Verfahren kein Aufwand erwachsen ist;
im Verfahren nach Art. 108 BGG erkannt:

Auf die subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtsgebühr von Fr. 500.-- wird der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zug, Justizkommission, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
