The employee had obtained a partial cantonal judgment ordering the employer to pay CHF 6,388.45 plus interest in a dispute over abusive dismissal. The employer appealed to the Federal Supreme Court, but its submission did not meet the statutory reasoning requirements: it merely contested the lower court's factual assessment without showing any admissible basis for departing from it. The Federal Supreme Court therefore issued a non-entry decision, charged the federal court costs of CHF 500 to the appellant, and denied any party compensation to the respondent.

hat die Präsidentin in Erwägung,
dass das Bezirksgericht Liestal die vom Beschwerdegegner gegen die Beschwerdeführerin angehobene Klage wegen missbräuchlicher Kündigung des Arbeitsverhältnisses mit Urteil vom 16. Juli 2010 abwies;
dass das Kantonsgericht Basel-Landschaft eine vom Beschwerdegegner gegen dieses Urteil erhobene Appellation am 31. August 2010 teilweise guthiess und die Beschwerdeführerin verpflichtete, dem Beschwerdegegner Fr. 6'388.45 nebst Zins zu 5 % seit 30. November 2009 zu bezahlen;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin gegen diesen Entscheid am 8. November 2010 beim Bundesgericht Beschwerde erhob;
dass in den Rechtsmitteln an das Bundesgericht unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheids dargelegt werden muss, welche Rechte der beschwerdeführenden Partei durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind, und solche Rügen zu begründen sind (Art. 42 Abs. 2 und Art. 106 Abs. 2 BGG);
dass das Bundesgericht seinem Urteil den Sachverhalt zugrunde legt, den die Vorinstanz festgestellt hat (Art. 105 Abs. 1 BGG) und es die Sachverhaltsfeststellung der Vorinstanz nur berichtigen oder ergänzen kann, wenn sie offensichtlich unrichtig ist oder auf einer Rechtsverletzung im Sinne von Art. 95 BGG beruht (Art. 105 Abs. 2 BGG), was die beschwerdeführende Partei präzise geltend zu machen hat;
dass die vorliegende Beschwerde diesen Begründungsanforderungen nicht genügt, indem die Beschwerdeführerin darin bestreitet, dass sie mit der Kündigung gegen ihre gesetzliche Fürsorge- und Treuepflicht verstossen habe, wobei sie sich auf einen von den tatsächlichen Feststellungen im angefochtenen Urteil abweichenden Sachverhalt beruft, ohne aufzuzeigen, inwiefern die Voraussetzungen für eine Ausnahme von der Bindung des Bundesgerichts an die tatsächlichen Feststellungen der Vorinstanz erfüllt sein sollen;
dass somit auf die Beschwerde mangels hinreichender Begründung nicht einzutreten ist (Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG);
dass die Kosten des bundesgerichtlichen Verfahrens dem Verfahrensausgang entsprechend der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
dass der Beschwerdegegner keinen Anspruch auf eine Parteientschädigung hat, da ihm aus dem bundesgerichtlichen Verfahren kein Aufwand entstanden ist (Art. 68 Abs. 1 BGG);

im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG erkannt:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.

2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.

3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgericht Basel-Landschaft, Abteilung Zivil- und Strafrecht, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
