The Federal Supreme Court held that the filed civil appeal was inadmissible because the amount in dispute was too low and no sufficiently reasoned fundamental legal question was shown. It therefore treated the filing as a subsidiary constitutional complaint, but the appellant failed to identify violated fundamental rights or to engage with the reasoning of the cantonal courts. The complaint was therefore not entered into under Art. 108(1)(b) BGG. The Court exceptionally waived court costs and denied any party compensation to the respondents.

Where the ordinary civil appeal is excluded by the amount in dispute and no sufficiently substantiated fundamental legal question is demonstrated, the filing may be treated as a subsidiary constitutional complaint. Such complaint is admissible only if it distinctly alleges violation of constitutional rights and addresses the decisive reasoning of the cantonal decision. A merely appellatory submission does not satisfy the strict substantiation duty and leads to non-entry under Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG. Costs may exceptionally be waived, and party compensation is denied absent compensable federal-court expense (consid. 2-5).

Die Präsidentin hat in Erwägung,
dass der Einzelrichter am Bezirksgericht Uster, Mietgericht, mit Urteil vom 12. Mai 2010 die Beschwerdeführerin zusammen mit einem Mitbeklagten in teilweiser Klagegutheissung solidarisch verpflichtete, den Beschwerdegegnern Fr. 1'506.45 nebst Zins und Betreibungskosten zu bezahlen und in diesem Umfang den Rechtsvorschlag in den angehobenen Betreibungen aufhob;
dass das Obergericht des Kantons Zürich eine von den Beklagten gegen diesen Entscheid erhobene Nichtigkeitsbeschwerde mit Zirkular-Erledigungsbeschluss vom 28. September 2010 abwies, soweit es darauf eintrat;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin am 10. November 2010 gegen die Entscheide des Bezirksgerichts und des Obergerichts beim Bundesgericht Beschwerde einreichte;
dass die Beschwerde in Zivilsachen nach Art. 72 ff. BGG angesichts des strittigen Betrages unzulässig ist (Art. 74 Abs. 1 BGG) und die Beschwerdeführerin nicht rechtsgenüglich begründet, inwiefern sich eine Rechtsfrage von grundsätzlicher Bedeutung im Sinne von Art. 74 Abs. 2 lit. a BGG stellen soll (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG);
dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin unter diesen Umständen als subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde im Sinne der Art. 113 ff. BGG zu behandeln ist;
dass in einer Verfassungsbeschwerde dargelegt werden muss, welche Grundrechte durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind, und solche Rügen unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheids zu begründen sind (Art. 42 Abs. 2 und Art. 106 Abs. 2 in Verbindung mit Art. 117 BGG);
dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin keinerlei Rügen enthält, die diesen Begründungsanforderungen zu genügen vermöchten, und in denen sie unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des Bezirksgerichts oder des Kassationsgerichts darlegen würde, inwiefern diese Gerichte ihre Grundrechte verletzt haben sollen;
dass die Einräumung einer Nachfrist zur Beschwerdebegründung nach Art. 43 BGG nicht in Betracht fällt, da es nicht um eine Angelegenheit auf dem Gebiet der internationalen Rechtshilfe in Strafsachen geht;
dass somit auf die Beschwerde mangels rechtsgenügender Begründung nicht einzutreten ist;
dass ausnahmsweise auf die Erhebung von Gerichtskosten zu verzichten ist (Art. 66 Abs. 1 zweiter Satz BGG);
dass die Beschwerdegegner keinen Anspruch auf eine Parteientschädigung haben, da ihnen aus dem bundesgerichtlichen Verfahren kein Aufwand entstanden ist (Art. 68 Abs. 1 BGG);
im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG erkannt:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Es werden keine Gerichtskosten erhoben.
3.
Es wird keine Parteientschädigung zugesprochen.
4.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien, dem Bezirksgericht Uster, Mietgericht, und dem Obergericht des Kantons Zürich, III. Zivilkammer, schriftlich mitgeteilt.
