X.________ Immobilien AG challenged the Schwyz commercial register deletion and the cantonal president’s refusal to hear its late appeal. The Federal Supreme Court held that a civil appeal was unavailable because the value in dispute did not reach CHF 30,000 and no fundamental legal question was invoked. It treated the filing as a subsidiary constitutional complaint, but found that the appellant did not articulate any violated constitutional rights with the required reasoning. The court therefore did not enter into the matter and imposed federal court costs of CHF 500 on the appellant, while denying party compensation to the respondent.

A deficiently motivated filing may be treated as a subsidiary constitutional complaint only if it specifically alleges the violation of constitutional rights and engages, in a substantiated manner, with the grounds of the challenged decision. Bare assertions that the lower authority should have decided differently do not satisfy the strict reasoning duty; in such a case, the court does not enter into the matter (consid. 1).

Die Präsidentin hat in Erwägung,
dass der Einzelrichter der March am 23. Juli 2010 die Löschung der Beschwerdeführerin im Handelsregister verfügte;
dass der Präsident des Kantonsgerichts Schwyz mit Verfügung vom 5. November 2010 auf einen von der Beschwerdeführerin dagegen erhobenen Rekurs wegen verspäteter Einreichung nicht eintrat;
dass die Beschwerdeführerin mit Eingabe vom 13. Dezember 2010 subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde und Beschwerde in Zivilsachen erhob, mit der sie beantragt, die Verfügung vom 5. November 2010 aufzuheben und das Handelsregister des Kantons Schwyz anzuweisen, von einer Löschung im Register abzusehen;
dass der Streitwert im kantonalen Verfahren nach unbestrittener Feststellung der Vorinstanz Fr. 30'000.-- nicht erreichte;
dass die Beschwerde in Zivilsachen nach Art. 72 ff. BGG angesichts dieser Feststellung unzulässig ist (Art. 74 Abs. 1 lit. a und Art. 51 Abs. 1 lit. c BGG) und nicht geltend gemacht wird, dass die Beschwerde dennoch zulässig sei, weil sich eine Rechtsfrage von grundsätzlicher Bedeutung im Sinne von Art. 74 Abs. 2 lit. a BGG stellen würde (Art. 42 Abs. 2 BGG);
dass die Eingabe des Beschwerdeführers unter diesen Umständen als subsidiäre Verfassungsbeschwerde im Sinne der Art. 113 ff. BGG zu behandeln ist;
dass in einer Verfassungsbeschwerde dargelegt werden muss, welche Grundrechte durch das kantonale Gericht verletzt worden sind, wobei solche Rügen unter Bezugnahme auf die Erwägungen des angefochtenen Entscheids zu begründen sind (Art. 42 Abs. 2 und Art. 106 Abs. 2 in Verbindung mit Art. 117 BGG);
dass die Eingabe der Beschwerdeführerin keine Rügen enthält, die diesen Begründungsanforderungen zu genügen vermöchten, und mit denen sie darlegen würde, welche verfassungsmässigen Rechte die Vorinstanz verletzt haben soll, indem sie auf ihren Rekurs nicht eintrat, sondern dass die Beschwerdeführerin bloss behauptet, sie habe das Nichtbestehen eines Löschungsgrundes nachgewiesen und das Löschungsverfahren hätte von Amtes wegen eingestellt werden müssen;
dass somit auf die Beschwerde mangels rechtsgenügender Begründung nicht einzutreten ist;
dass die Kosten des bundesgerichtlichen Verfahrens dem Verfahrensausgang entsprechend der Beschwerdeführerin aufzuerlegen sind (Art. 66 Abs. 1 BGG);
dass der Beschwerdegegner keinen Anspruch auf eine Parteientschädigung hat (Art. 68 BGG);
im Verfahren nach Art. 108 Abs. 1 lit. b BGG erkannt:

Auf die Beschwerde wird nicht eingetreten.
2.
Die Gerichtskosten von Fr. 500.-- werden der Beschwerdeführerin auferlegt.
3.
Dieses Urteil wird den Parteien und dem Kantonsgerichtspräsidenten des Kantons Schwyz schriftlich mitgeteilt.
